    Description

September 29,1944 Newspaper. Headline: Fleet Sinks 22 J*p Ships.  Times Herald, Washington, D.C. This is the complete two section newspaper. 34 pages.  Second section front page photos titled: Now That Her Nazi Friends are Gone.  The first photo shows a Nazi Mistress being dragged down a Dutch street after she was discovered to have been a collaborator.   A lot of  national and international and D.C. area local news.  Several war articles.
    Lots of local ads!
Sports and comics.  VG condition. Some edge and corner wear with some small edge tears. The top of the second section is toned and rough.  The paper is not overly brittle but needs to be handled carefully to keep from extending any edge tear.      I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
