    October 27, 1944 Newspaper. Headline: J*P Warship Toll Rises to 37, Six U.S. Naval Vessels Lost in Philippines.   Times Herald, Washington, D.C. This is the complete two section newspaper. 38 pages.  One of the headline photos on the front of the second section is "Tragic Ending to Saga of Warsaw Poles".       A lot of  national and international and D.C. area local news.  Several war articles.
    Lots of local ads!
    - FAIR-GOOD condition.  Some edge tears at the left side and bottom edges. Browning also at the normal horizontal fold, with numerous small tears, this is mostly just on the first page.
    The paper is not overly brittle but needs to be handled carefully to keep from extending any tear, especially the center of the front page.      I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
