FAIR condition. Browning and torn (almost the whole way across) at the normal horizontal fold.  This is mostly just on the first page, slightly on the next page.  A coupld of pages at the top of the second section is rough.    The paper is not overly brittle but needs to be handled carefully to keep from extending any tear, especially the center of the front page.      I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
