    It is MINT ON CARD (MOC) and has never been removed from the MINT SEALED package
    MINTY Card and bubble are nearly perfect there is just the most minor crease by the j hook shown in last photo.  This does not detract from the astetics at all.  It looks like it was just pulled from the factory case.  Great gloss, perfect bubble.
