Beautiful Early Middle Eastern? Beaded Fabric Dress Neck Adornment

Beautiful, early what appears to be Middle Eastern (Afganistan?) beaded fabric dress neck adornment  . We say early as it appears old and could even be antique. The backing fabric appears quite old. Pre-owned. In nice vintage used condition. All the beads appear to be intact. All hand stitched. One round end has a star decoration and the other round end has no middle beads but appears to have some type of hair in the middle. Reference pictures for details. Approximate size: 10" X 2".
