    I believe this was made for the stage by a local university
    Red satin loose fitting blouse with large black double layered ruffled collar and cuffs
    Skirt is asymmetrical black with red, white and purple tiers has elastic waist and red sash/belt

    Very good, blouse collar seam is not perfect in back, shows a little general wear
