    Description

    This offering is for a modern style version of a Golden Gate Bridge cone head style rivet. It was made to be used on the bridge, but
    I do not think it was ever attached to the bridge
    . There is a chevron shape on the head of the rivet (please see my 2nd picture). I do not know when they began using this type of rivet on the bridge.
    The rivet is about 2 3/8 inches long.
    It is in vintage condition. There is some rust and pitting. Please see all of my pictures.
    The rivet is not labeled in any way.
