Hand Painted Ceramic Art Tile - Framed Asian or Middle Eastern

For your Consideration - A Previously Owed - Never Used - Art on Ceramic Tile.
I really don't know much about this item. Maybe from India or the Middle East So I'll do my best to accurately describe the Art Work.
The Piece is done in a High Gloss Acrylic on Tile.  The Art work has a Carmel Colored Background and the art has  a slightly "Raised" Finish.
I cannot tell the composition of the Frame.
The Art Work as  Frame measures 15" X 11".   The frame itself is 1 3/4" X 1".  There is no Glass in the Frame.
The Art work measures  11 1'4" X 7 1/2",
The Art as framed weighs (approx) 3 lbs, 3 ounces.
There is an (approx) 1/8 "Gap" between the art and the frame.  I am have place "cardboard"  into this gap to prevent damage to the art during shipping.
A Very Nice Piece of Art.  If I had to guess it's origin I Say "Turkey".  It may be a "Tourist" Piece, but it has Great Color and it's in Excellent Condition.
A portion of my asking price includes shipping material, lots of heavy duty bubble wrap, to insure the art work arrives in excellent condition.
Will ship by Federal Express..  I ship the next business day after receipt of payment.  I will notify your by email of the date and time your package was Hand Delivered to the Fed Ex Facility.
I have one other Tile - I can do Combined Shipping - but please understand to ship both tiles in one package will require a large box.  The Size of the box will add to the cost of shipping.
