Description

Tourist folder for Rip Van Winkle's LIVE OAK GARDENS.  Undated, but probably from the 1980s.  Located in Jefferson Island, Louisiana.  Designated a National Historic Landmark by U. S. Department of the Interior.
It is a single sheet of standard-weight, semi-gloss paper, 11
" wide x 17" high.  It has one crease horizontally, and two creases vertically,
to make a pocket-sized folder 3.7" wide x 8.5" high.
Comes from a Smoke/Pet Free home.
