A great Skirt for your Victorian ,Western, steampunk, cosplay, reenactments, music fests, stage costume, videography, photography shoot or Gothic clothing This Skirt is new with tag never worn There are no tears, hole, cuts or fading that we are aware of to this skirt nor any detectable smoke or other unseemly odors.However there is one problem, some how my kitty got into my work room and took a nice nap on my clothes pile.I don't see any cat hairs but please take that into account when bidding. All measurements are approximate and taken with the garment laying flat. Waist 32" Long 35"

The waist does not stretch however there's a little stretch in the other part of the fabric for movement but not the waist Waist 35"  Long 40"
The fabric is heavy cotton denim and spandex blend.
