It can be used either indoors or outdoors and needs to be applied with tape, tacks or Sticky Tack This set is not self-stick like decals. This is an officially licensed product and comes from me smoke-free, pet-free home. Also include are the props of Mickey's ears, face, hiswhite gloves, Goofy's snout and hat, and Donald Ducks' beak and partial face, plus plastic sticks are included to hold the Props.
