General MacArthur is reported waiting for the Japanese emissary to meet him in Manila to receive the Allied terms for surrender. Fragile 30pp. paper shows toning and chipping, especially to edges. Rubber-stamped ''Cleveland Public Library'' to the upper right. Very good.
