    Description

You are purchasing a piece of history that is finite and getting harder and harder to find.
The rivets I am selling were collected and saved by the original ironworker who removed them from the Golden Gate Bridge during retrofit in the 1970's.
They are original and authentic from the original construction of the bridge in the 1930s.
They have not been cleaned, polished, or repainted in any way, and you may see traces of the original orange paint.
This listing is for one (1) original Golden Gate Bridge rivet similar to the one shown. Sizes vary slightly, but they are approximately 1" in length.
The Golden Gate Bridge was constructed between 1933-1937. It spans 4,200 feet, nearly one mile, between the northern and southern peninsulas of the San Francisco Bay, connecting San Francisco to Marin County. It is one of the most iconic bridges in the world, photographed and touristed by more people than any other bridge. By some accounts, it is considered a man made Wonder of The World.
I will combine shipping for multiple purchases to save you money.
Please see pics, ask any questions you may have, then purchase with confidence!
