Items shipped by free/standard/economy shipping are sent by letter post in an envelope and it cost peanuts to ship items this way but the problem isuch items take a long time to reach their destination about 2 weeks for Asia 3-4 weeks for USA and almost 5 weeks for Russia. We strongly suggest you choose expedited shipping instead of this mode of shipping. Items sent by letter post are not trackable for most countries and even for countries where they are trackable due to low priority items sometimes tracking info is not uploaded in destination country so if you ask us repeatedly for tracking no. please remember we are at the mercy of post office which may or may not give tracking info for your country.
We will not reimburse either shipping cost or item cost in case items are damaged when sent using
free/standard/economy shipping
if you choose free/standard/economy shipping and after one week ask "where is my item?" you must realize we will not be in a position to help you. A few buyers freely give low DSR for shipping time after choosing free/standard/economy shipping this is very very unjust and reflects very badly on our reputation.
Kindly keep the above in mind when choosing free/standard/economy shipping best option is to choose expedited shipping everytime.
Kindly note carefully that if you choose free/standard shipping item will be sent by ordinary registered airmail which may take nearly 4-5 weeks before item reaches you. Use this shipping method only if you can wait that long otherwise choose expedited shipping.
Items will be shipped out from India. Please understand due to Christmas overload of postal departments all over the world there will be additional delay of upto one week if you think a four to five week transit time is too long for you choose expedited shipping. We ship all items rightaway there is hardly anything we can do about postal departments of foreign countries :-)
