The photo on the front page shows President Truman presenting POW General Jonathan M. Wainwright the Congressional Medal of Honor for his service at Bataan and Corregidor. Another article claims the end is in sight for the rationing of meat and shoes. A new unemployment insurance bill is developed in the Senate as a result of job loss after the war. Runs 40pp. Toning, chipping to left edge and Cleveland Public Library stamps to upper right. Very good.
