Vintage Enamel Flower Pierced Earrings w/ Crystal Accents

Vintage Blue Enamel Flower Pierced Earrings w/ Crystal Accents. These earrings look like flowers. I think the blue is enameling but I guess it could be a lacquer of some sort? I'm a little bit old and my eyes aren't the greatest but as far as I can tell there are no crystals missing. There are no markings on these earrings. The gold on the back does look a little bit like they could be gold-plated but I have not tested them. Only the post reacted to a magnet. I have searched for similar earrings, and I found some that were 18 karat gold with diamonds, but I tested these crystals with a diamond tester and they're not diamonds. They do have a lot of color though.
