Condition: It is in good used condition. The the threaded top is tin plated steel as is the bottom, The sides are a high density paperboard material, the threads are in quite nice condition but some care is to be used to assure that the threads are not cross threaded. Everything in this kit could be used to plug tires today, the rubber is still soft and pliable. There about 90 loose plugs, 3 in the one bag and 24 more in the yet sealed (stapled) bag. Usually these cans are empty when found, this is an outstanding set with the tools as seen. See the photos.
