VINTAGE JUDAICA BAG, TALLIS, AND YARMULKE SET. The 8 X 10 bag is done in navy blue velvet, with the embroidery stitched in silver metal thread. The yarmulke (kippah) in a slightly lighter navy blue velvet, is similarly stitched. The tallis , which in my opinion is the treasure of the 3-piece set, is in absolutely pristine condition, which leads me to believe that it had never been worn (same goes for the yarmulke). The set was an estate sale find, held on behalf of a Jewish physician, who had held on to it since marriage in anticipation of having a son. The couple, instead, had 3 daughters (just a bit of inside info). This comes from a smoke free, Judaica home.
