    Lot of 4 ''The Stars and Stripes'' newspapers from 22-26 July 1945, including copies of the Germany edition. The daily papers report on attacks on Japan in the weeks before the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. In other news, President Truman participates in Big Three talks in Potsdam and Howard Hughes builds a huge wooden airplane. Two of the 11.75'' x 16.75'' issues are incomplete. Significant toning, foxing and chipping; good condition.
