is a Rare Vintage WWII Era New York Daily News Newspaper for Dec. 30, 1941
featuring the cover Headline “Jap Raiders Downed in Manila Bay” (Philippines).

sports news headlines on the back page read “Oregon S. Tops Manhattan”. The
Picture Centerfold headline reads “Hours of Horror in the Atlantic / Rescue Ship
Blasted”. The 40-page newspaper is a “Brooklyn / Queens / Long Island” edition.
The newspaper is in very good condition, with only foxing along one edge of the
