Description:
WWII Newspaper – that were large single sheet papers also advertising War Bonds and Stamps. I believe these were usually purchased by businesses and posted in their store / restaurant, etc.
This one is Mar 7th 1942 and shows Libyan Manhunt – “Buss: mascot with an R.A.F. squadron stationed in Libya takes a few personal liberties with the pilot of an American-built Tomahawk plane somewhere in the western desert.
Approx. 10 1/3” x 12 5/8”
Creasing along the normal fold marks, punched holes to allow storage in a binder, Slight tears to holes, water staining on lower edge and right corner.
Condition:
I would consider this to be in Good to very good condition, see description above & photos.
Grading on a near mint, excellent, very good, good, fair, poor scale
